I’m Theresa! I am a 4th grade teacher in New York! Creating resources for teachers is my passion and I am so excited to share my ideas with you!
I am a teacher, wife, and mother of two! My husband Matt and I have an energetic and outgoing daughter named Brooke who recently turned 3 years old! You will find her any given day rehearsing some of her favorite scenes from the movie Frozen! We also welcomed a beautiful baby boy named Ryan this past January! At only 5 months old he has already brought so much joy and happiness to our lives! He is fortunate enough to get a front row seat to Brooke’s daily “Frozen performances.” Having children of my own gave me a whole new perspective and appreciation for the parents of my students! The work of a parent never ends, and I am so grateful that parents trust me with the care of their child’s well-being and education year after year!
This will be my 12th year teaching grades 1st-5th! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maine, as well as a Master’s in Curriculum Instruction and Development with a concentration in Educational Computer Technology! I am a lover of all things tech as you can see from my many digital resources! I am so happy to have you here, and look forward to sharing ideas with you and growing as educators together!
